Unfixed dogs often attract excessive attention from others, which can lead to unwanted stress or altercations. For this reason, dogs who are not spayed/neutered will not participate in group play, but will enjoy one-on-one enrichment and care with a dedicated team member.

We offer breed-specific haircuts, baths, deshedding, de-matting, skin treatments, paw care, teeth brushing, and custom sessions for senior or sensitive pets.

Appointments are highly recommended, especially for senior dogs or during high-demand seasons. We welcome walk-ins for basic services like nail trims, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note that walk-ins may incur additional daycare fees if a wait is required.

Yes, with extra care and calm environments. If a pet has serious health concerns (e.g., respiratory or cardiac issues), we may refer them elsewhere for safety.

Sessions usually take 2–4 hours depending on size, coat condition, temperament, and special needs. We follow Fear Free practices to ensure your pet's comfort, including breaks and slow pacing for anxious pets.

We do not leave dogs in crates for extended periods. While crates can be helpful in certain settings, they may cause anxiety in unfamiliar environments filled with new scents, sounds, and activity. If a pet isn’t picked up on time, they are transferred to our hotel space, given water, attention, and care—this incurs an additional fee to cover staff time and resources.

Yes! You're welcome to drop off your pet early and pick them up in the evening—just let us know your preferred pickup time in advance. Your pup will enjoy time with new friends in our daycare and be groomed at an appropriate time during the day.

Yes:

• Food is encouraged to avoid diet changes. If not provided, we charge $5 per meal (we serve Orijen).
• Treats are included, but personal ones are welcome.
• Beds/toys/crates are allowed for rest time only (not used during group play for safety).

Only if it’s safe and appropriate. All pets must pass a temperament assessment before joining group play. Based on behavior and comfort level, your pet may receive:
